Craft Brewing
Award-winning craft beers brewed with traditional methods and locally sourced Texas ingredients at the historic Pearl Brewery in San Antonio. The brewery produces seasonal and year-round ales, lagers, and specialty styles using German-inspired brewing techniques passed down from the brewery's 19th-century founders. Each batch is small-batch fermented to preserve flavor complexity, and our barrel-aging program produces limited-release sours and stouts available exclusively at the taproom. Tours of the brewing facility are available on weekends for guests who want to see the process firsthand.
Events & Tastings
Beer tastings, guided brewery tours, and special seasonal events for enthusiasts of all experience levels at our Pearl District venue. Monthly beer release parties feature new seasonal brews paired with local food vendors, drawing crowds from across San Antonio and the Hill Country. Private tasting events can be booked for groups of up to 40 guests with customized flight menus and expert staff narration. Our annual Oktoberfest celebration on the Pearl grounds is one of San Antonio's most-attended fall events, featuring live music, traditional German food, and exclusive festival-only brews.
Taproom Experience
Visit our taproom in the historic Pearl Brewhouse building for fresh pours, artisan food pairings, and vibrant community gatherings in San Antonio. The taproom features 20 taps rotating through flagship, seasonal, and limited-edition brews in a beautifully restored industrial setting with exposed brick and original brewing equipment on display. Local food trucks are parked outside on weekends, and a curated menu of charcuterie, pretzels, and Texas cheese boards is available inside. Live music from local San Antonio artists plays every Friday and Saturday evening from 7–10pm.
Distribution
Regional and national distribution partnerships bringing our craft beers to bars, restaurants, and retail stores across Texas and beyond. Our distribution network covers all major Texas metros including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas, with specialty beer shops and HEB grocery locations stocking our flagship lineup. We partner with independent Texas distributors who share our commitment to craft quality over volume. Private Events
Host your next private event, corporate gathering, wedding reception, or milestone celebration in our historic Pearl Brewery venue spaces. The original Boiler Building and outdoor courtyard accommodate events from 20 to 300 guests, with in-house event coordination, catering partnerships, and full A/V production available. Corporate team-building packages include guided beer-brewing workshops led by our head brewer. The Pearl's location on the Museum Reach section of the San Antonio River Walk makes it an exceptional setting for out-of-town guests combining events with tourism.
